Just to let you know that our monastic e-commerce shop is now up and active, offering a variety of items, from fruitcakes to books to cards to candles to rosaries. We have also put together some compelling gift baskets, and have made it easy to send gifts to several friends in one simple order. If you have any gift needs, do check out www.HermitageBigSur.com. And our 5 year Camaldolese Liturgical Calendar, most unique and beautiful, is about to go to the press. Not like any one year calendar you've ever seen. Look forward to its appearing on the above website.
Our Fr. Bruno Barnhart's new book is in print, in hardbound and also paperback, and about to become available, entitled The Future of Wisdom: Toward a Rebirth of Sapiential Christianity (N.Y.: Continuum, 2007). It has received glowing reviews from Prof. Ewert Cousins, author Beatrice Bruteau, etc. It can be preordered on Amazon.com, etc.
